Chapter 1 – Chhokarmat (છોકરમત)
The show opens with Vitthal along with his elder sister knowing about their mum’s death. Vitthal does not have any interest in schooling and is drawn to cards and Lord Shiva, as his dad is a neighborhood temple priest. When a teacher asks Vitthal to state number’three’ in Gujarati, he pronounces it “Teedi” (the notation of three being renowned among local card gamers). This joke spreads rapidly through the little village, and everybody begins hammering him as Vitthal Teedi.One morning Vitthal wakes up late for school with his sister and has beaten and scolded from the new Gymnastics teacher. His sister informs the teacher that because of their mother’s recent passing, she needed to finish all household work before coming to school. After the teacher makes fun of Vitthal’s dad, Vitthal takes a rock in his hands and strikes the instructor, then runs out of the school. His dad arrives in school but rather than scolding him takes Vitthal together with him. For Vittal this solidifies an unspoken but powerful bond with his dad.
Chapter 2 – Ek Ramat (એક રમત)
Young teenager Vitthal (Pratik Gandhi) currently knows all of the tricks to winning card matches and begins gambling beneath a banyan tree along with his friends.
