Protein Deficit in the body –

This can turn out to be a very severe cause of hairfall. When the body does not have enough protein intake, the cells begin to breakdown the keratin in the hair follicles, which will be later used as a protein by the body. This in-turn causes severe hairfall.

Anemia –

Anemia is basically a case of iron deficiency in the body. Iron is required to synthesize collagen that is useful for stimulating and nourishing the hair follicles. Now, when there is a deficiency of iron in the body the hair follicles begin to gradually lose nourishment and causes hairfall.

Heredity –

This is an irreversible cause of hairfall, which is mostly prevalent in men. The genes for male pattern baldness are carried through every generation, thereby making every man in the family vulnerable to hairfall.
